June was an interesting and weird time, with the world trying to go back to somewhat normal, but still not feeling even CLOSE to normal. Definitely makes it hard for me to be motivated with my goals, but I did okay for June. I'll be recapping my June 2020 goals, then setting some new ones for July 2020. Here we go.
June 2020 Goals Recap
❌ Read seven books: FAIL. Epic fail. I only finished two! However, I went back to work in mid-May, so June was my first full month back to work and I had to re-adjust to having less time again.
❌ Re-read Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets: FAIL.
❌ Clean out and organize the freezer: FAIL. I kind of was forced to organize it a bit because it’s really full, but I didn’t fully organize and clean out.
❌ Finish watching Making a Murderer: FAIL. Still have a few episodes of the second season to watch. It’s not as compelling as the first season, so it’s taking me longer to watch.
❌ Finish season one of The Good Doctor: FAIL. Didn’t watch it at all in June.
✅ Finish watching The Circle: DONE. It took me a few months to watch this because it was honestly kind of boring to me, but I’m finally finished.
❌ Finish watching The Handmaid’s Tale: FAIL. We didn’t even start season three yet.
✅ Finish watching Love After Lockup: DONE. This is the most bingeworthy show ever and I’ve been sad ever since we finished.
✅ Finish watching It, Chapter 2: DONE. We finally finished it. It was kind of disappointing. I thought the first one was much better.
✅ Schedule my ultrasound for surgery: DONE. Scheduled AND done! I went last week. One more thing off the surgery checklist.
❌ Schedule a haircut for Dakota: FAIL.
✅ Total Completed: 4 of 11. Womp, womp.
